I am an AssocRICS and MTPI qualified property manager with over a decade of experience in the leasehold sector, managing complex residential portfolios. I specialise in planned maintenance and resolving high-stakes disputes, with a pragmatic focus on compliance, risk management and budget control. I am known for staying calm under pressure, making clear decisions and seeing difficult projects through to completion.

Outside of work, most of my free time revolves around my two large-breed dogs, training and competing in GRC Dogsports and Scentwork. When the weather behaves, you’ll usually find me in the garden with my smoker, cooking up a slow barbecue for friends and family.
