We specialise in managing the communal assets of Private Estates. These are often gated communities with private roads and drains which require inspection, maintenance and management (especially during periods of ice and snow). Many have communally owned trees which we ensure are regularly independently inspected and maintained.
We ensure that electric gates and intercom systems are maintained and CCTV systems are managed. We are also successful in managing private pumping stations and ensuring these are brought up to a standard to be adopted by the local water authorities.
Some Estates are regularly the subject of planning applications for significant extensions or demolitions and new builds. We have developed strategies to manage these operations ensuring other residents are not adversely affected.
