About HES Estate Management Limited
HES Estate Management Limited operate exclusively in Residential Block & Estate Management. Our offices are in Leatherhead, Surrey with easy access to the M25 & A3. We act on behalf of more than 150 Residents Management Companies and right to manage companies, in addition to circa 100 Freeholder Managements. 97% of the properties that we manage are within a 20 mile radius of our office (i.e. mainly Surrey, South London & Middlesex).
In 2001 Huggins Edwards & Sharp was created by a merger of Norman & Huggins and Stuart Edwards & Sharp, who can trace their history back to 1798 and the founding of a firm called Langlands. More than 220 years later Huggins Edwards & Sharp still manage commercial property for the Langlands family, which illustrates that we come from a tradition of dependable service that clients can rely on.
HES Estate Management Ltd commenced trading in 2017, operating what was formerly the residential management business of Huggins Edwards & Sharp.
In 2018, the three current directors of HES Estate Management Ltd (Suzanne Palmer, Gavin Derriman and Nick Harvey) acquired the business in a management buyout. All had previously worked for Huggins Edwards & Sharp as senior property managers with more than 50 years collective service, and so have first hand experience of the day to day challenges on the front line of property management.
We believe that one of the great strengths of our business arises from this direct involvement with our clients and their properties. We are all acutely aware from personal experience, what clients expect and how the service provided by many managing agents falls short. We want to assure all clients that our aim is to deliver on your expectations. One of the Directors is always on hand in the event that a problem needs to be resolved.
