Nick Harvey was previously a Partner at Huggins Edwards & Sharp. He had worked for the firm since the 1970s, initially in sales, and subsequently gaining experience in lettings, surveys & valuations and, since 1987 block & estate management. He headed up the management department from 1990, and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1992. In addition to property management, Nick undertakes leasehold valuations and negotiations for lease extensions and freehold acquisitions.

His SIX children keep him busy at home, but he sometimes escapes to the garden, or to the Surrey Hills with his cocker spaniel.
