​Leasehold Valuation

One of our Directors, Nick Harvey, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2004 providing valuation and negotiation services  services in connection with premiums to be paid for lease extensions and for the collective purchase of freeholds of blocks of flats by flat owners. We act for freeholders and leaseholders, and whether these processes are undertaken informally, or by involving the statutory rights available to leaseholders by virtue of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, we can advise on the procedures involved. Nick Harvey will be happy to have a no obligation discussion with you to provide initial advice regarding lease extension or freehold enfranchisement.
