Suzanne Palmer is an experienced professional with extensive sector skills, she has an approach which is fact finding, problem solving, has a can-do attitude and a skill in ‘closing things out’.

Her experience has taken her around the world, but predominantly her construction and quantity surveying skills have seen her working on tunnelling and power network projects at Heathrow Airport, large water treatment works, international stadiums and many residential and commercial sector refurbishment projects.

Suzanne prides herself in customer service and repeat business which comes from her commercial background and commitment.  Since joining the small, and committed HES Estate Management Ltd in 2016, her portfolio grew in recognition of her skills. 

On 1st June 2018 Suzanne joined Nick Harvey and Gavin Derriman to become an equal owner of that business.

Suzanne has three children embarking on their adult lives following their school years. She is adventurous and has had many interests from buying a horse to competing in triathlons and trekking across the Sahara Desert.  Suzanne loves water sports, skiing, summer holidays, socialising and listening to books.
