​Following 11 years as a derivatives trader in the City, Gavin held several international business development roles in the emerging FM and property software sector before joining the firm in 2007. Gavin has developed the Estate Management sector of the business, together with managing high end block management clients.

In 2018 with two colleagues- formed a management buyout team to secure the future of the business combining more than 50 years industry experience with their client base.

Gavin is married with two grown up children. Outside of work Gavin enjoys participating in playing badminton,  motorcycle events and skiing.
