Having always worked in customer service, albeit within different sectors I pride myself on an efficient, polite way of dealing with customer concerns and requests.

I have worked in property management since 2018, during this time I managed a large portfolio on the south coast. Last year I decided I wanted to take some time out to spend time with my partner travelling,  we managed to do this by house/pet sitting across the UK and France which was great fun. I absolutely adore animals especially dogs, this was a great way of spending time with them but not having all the responsibility of having a dog full-time. Financially I was able to achieve this by me doing temporary contracts between the assignments, after a while though I did start missing property management and client contact, when I was approached by HES with a part time role this was the perfect opportunity to use my skillset to give my colleagues support with their workload. I’m really enjoying working with a friendly, helpful team.
 
Outside of work I have a passion for football, watching it not playing!! I also love gardening and swimming.
