I joined the HES Accounts team in September 2020 to primarily handle the collection of arrears.  This is a change of direction for me as although I have over ten years’ experience in residential and commercial property management, the last few years have concentrated mainly on the commercial side.   I am looking forward to a new challenge and helping residents with their payment queries.
 
Outside of work, weekends are often spent sailing in the Solent - my husband is the keen skipper whilst my role as crew is to follow instructions!
