I started my career, in property management, in 2011, I have moved from Assistant Development Manager (for a huge development) to Estate Manager and finally Property Manager.

My “on-site” experience has helped me have a better understanding of how sites work and what leaseholders are expecting from their property management company.

Delivering excellent customer service is my motivation, and I love the challenges that some of the issues encountered can bring.

I am a certified AIRPM and working through becoming a Member.
I am also IOSH certified and have started the NEBOSH training, which is a more in-depth health and safety certification.

Born in Belgium, I have grown up in Switzerland, have lived for 2 years in Kenya (where I set-up a diving centre), and I have been in London since 2004, where I have decided it will be my home.

​Passionate about travel (I wonder why!), I love reading, photography, new technologies and I have set-up my blog about…. travel.
