​My career in property management started with HES in 2016 and I am AIRPM qualified. From managing and maintaining a broad range of residential and commercial properties, I’ve gained vital experience and knowledge. Prior to this, the first 25 years of my career was spent running my own property maintenance business. I’m pleased to say the years of hands-on experience has helped greatly during the transition into property management.

The most enjoyable part of the job for me is seeing the transformation of a property following the completion of a major works project. My previous experience in the building trade allows me to manage a project from drafting a detailed scheduled of works, through to making sure the work is completed to a high standard and at the right price.

Outside of work, I can often be found visiting National Trust properties with my wife and two teenage daughters. I am also a keen sports fan and have enjoyed playing cricket for the same club for over 35 years!
