Having spent most of my career in Facilities Management (CIWFM) and Health and Safety (Tech IOSH), in both the private and public sector, I joined HES in September 2022, to work with the team on all things health and safety.

I relish the challenge and opportunity to use my knowledge and experience, in working with my colleague to make sure we do what is necessary to keep everyone – owners/landlords, residents, directors, contractors, and our staff - safe, but balancing this with a reasonable approach and an eye on budgets.

To keep up to date in a changing field I love studying and have a PhD in Facilities Management and a NEBOSH (Health & Safety) certificate.

In my spare time I enjoy tap dancing, trying to keep fit, reading, sewing, and spending time with my family, friends and looking after my beautiful house rabbit.
